Magnificent patrician houses, splendid gothic, renaissance and barock facades, winding alleys – and all that on an island in Lake Constance; Lindau’s attractive medieval city centre appears to have been made for a phonotour!

The “Bavarian Venice” radiates a unique atmosphere, particularly in the warmer seasons.

Our tour covers the most attractive parts of the old town: the splendid harbour entrance with its landmark stone lion and lighthouse, the old town hall with wall paintings depicting Lindau’s history, St. Peter’s church – itself over 1000 years old with frescos from the 15th century, and of course Maximillian street for strolling and shopping in an historic atmosphere.
