Help desk for the Phonotours shop
These instructions lead you step by step through the operation of the Phonotours shop: |

First you must register as a new customer. To do that go to Customer login and click ONCE only on “Register as new customer”.

| 2. Create a new account |

Fill out the form in “My account information”. The fields that are marked with a red asterisk must be completed. Then click once on the “continue” button at the bottom of the page.

You will then receive confirmation that your account has been successfully opened.
Click on “continue”.

| 3. Welcome |

Return to the home page now that you have successfully registered. This will be apparent, as your name will appear in the customer login on the right hand side.

| 4. Product choice |

Choose the city you are interested in from the city tour catalogue, or click on any of the photos (e.g. Stuttgart)

Overview and buying
A brief overview is shown and you can buy the product directly if you wish. In this case click on “Add to cart”. The chosen product is loaded into your shopping cart. To get the product please follow the steps listed below.

Further detailed information on it is available by clicking once on the name of the product or on its photo.

It’s possible to hear a sample audio clip. Click on “Sample audio clip” beside the button that indicates your chosen language for the tour.
A short audio clip will run.
NOTE: If your computer can’t play the clip, it may be because the appropriate plug in is missing in your browser. You can install either Quicktime player or Real Player with no charge from:

Here you can choose the language you wish to hear. Simply click on the “Pull down menu” or on the “Choice” button, and then on the language you wish to have. The language you have chosen will then be in the top position of the “pull down menu”
NOTE: The choice of language is essential for purchase. If you wish to choose a different language, you need to repeat the process and choose your language again. |

Once you have chosen an item, a single click at the bottom right puts it in the shopping cart.

Shopping cart and purchase

The next page shows information on the items you have chosen so far. If you would like to choose more items click on “Continue shopping”

To pay, click on “Checkout” in order to get to the next page. Here in delivery information you can enter your address, and if required alter your address by clicking on “Change address”. If not
click on “continue” |

Payment methods

In this window, please enter your credit card number. Or you can choose to pay using “Paypal”. In this case simply click on “Paypal” on the right hand side. If you have no “Paypal” account, you will be taken step by step through the “Paypal” menu.
NOTE: You need to choose the method of payment, and confirm it by clicking “Please select”. Further below you need to put a tick in the box that confirms you have read and accepted the general terms and conditions of trade. Only then can you proceed with your purchase.

In the next window you can place your order. You can check that your data is all correct before you click on “Confirm” to place your order.

If you are already a “Paypal” customer, you need only to logon. (Point 2.)
Then click on “next” (point 3) in order to continue.
At this point you can check the payment once more, before continuing. If everything is correct, click on “next”.
Well done. You have successfully completed your purchase. Click on the button at the bottom right “Back to vendor”, to get back to Phonotours, and to download your chosen product.

Shortly after you will get an Email confirmation. This confirmation also serves as an invoice.

If you are not yet a Paypal customer, you have to register as a first step. To do this, enter all the necessary data on the Paypal page, and then confirm the data before initiating your payment. Then click on the button at the bottom right “Back to vendor”, to get back to Phonotours. .

Falls Sie noch nicht "PayPal Kunde " sind müssen Sie sich zuerst registrieren.
Dazu geben Sie auf der "PayPal-Seiten" alle gewünschten Daten ein und bestätigen diese,
dann können sie Ihre Zahlung tätigen. Über den Knopf rechts unten “Zurück zum Händler” gelangen Sie wieder zu Phonotours. |
| 8. Download |

Click on "Download (Point 1)" to download the complete file to your computer.
